TATASKY - PATHETIC CUSTOMER- A BLOT FOR TATA GROUP

I had a very bad experience with TATASKY customer service. They befool u to the maximum. Try calling their customer care numbers - You are made to hold the line for atleast 5-10 mins. then for every query, they will ask u hold the line again. They do not have tollfree customer care numbers. Customer care executives are well trained in befooling their customers. They will tell you all the lies. You have no choice but to beleive them. TATASKY do not have any GREIVANCE REDRESSAL SYSTEM. I am not sure about other DTH operators but TATASKY is definitely one of the worst. The set-top box will last just 1 year and then they will charge you for the visit as well as for providing the old/ repaired set-top box with 90 days warranty. It will just last 90-100 days and this process will continue. They will continue to charge you for the number of days the service is down due to bad set-top box. You will never have access to any senior officer apart from those poorly trained so called customer service executives. The service technicians will never turn up at the given appointment time. They will be very efficient if you are buying a new connection but after that you will be left at your own. My suggestions to all those who are planning to install TATASKY -

  1. Get proper feedback before you make decision

  2. Never ever charge your account for more than 1 month’s rent, otherwise you will suffer incase you have problem with the service. They will never refund your money.
