I got TATA SKY installed in 2nd week of Jan 09, Since then there had bee four cases of "No Signal Recieved" & one case of OnLine Rechage failure.
Every time you log a complain, some one comes and fixes the problem, but gets repeated next week. Though their response time is satisfactory in terms of Technician visits next day but then what to do with the time loss? No credit provided, where in the nature of fault was from TATA SkY & not from the subscriber side.
For Online Recharge failure, I tried to recharge it through ICICI Net Banking facility on 9th Feb, where in amount has been debited from my account, but not credited on TATA SKY account. Its been more than 3 days, account still not credited & they have deactivated the services because of the -ve value in account.
I tired to call their call center & reason out this issue, they say they are working on this but not able to given any time frame of service restoration. Rather they are asking me to do another recharge. I thought TATA brand was more famous for its brand image, but then now it seems to be diminishing very fastly.
I had opted this just becuase of the TATA brand but now I realize I committed some mistake in selecting TATA SKY. Local cable operator was much more better, atleast services were never disrupted.
