I am writing this review about tatasky customer care service which is
very bad since I am using tatasky DTH service from last 7 years I having
really bad experience with tata sky DTH customer care service
usually I recharge my account with 350 rupees per month. I never get full
value of my amount they always deduct some amount like when I recharge
with rupees 350 I get a massage from tatsky that your account balance
is Rs 340 that means they deduted Rs 10 still dont know the reason why
and whenever I call the customer care number which is toll free as they say
its actually not free.
