Very bad tata sky experience.

Do not take tata sky plus through tata sky helpline. They provide wrong information to get new customers. I was told by a tata sky phone rep when I enquired about tata sky+ that if applied through helpline tata sky pus box will be given to the customer in 24 hours. This is not true as I realized it very late the next day after making so many calls to tata sky. They do not even bother to follow up or call you back to provide any status if the payment is already made. Once paid, you have to do all the calling to get the job done. I have been told now that it will take 3-5 days.


Tata sky experience has become very bad. This was not the case sometime back. Many opted for tatasky because everyone thought tatasky had the best customer care/tech support even though it was bit expensive compared to other service providers.


It is expensive+ now the tech support is pathetic. They also talk rudely once the payment is made. I feel like I have been cheated by tata sky. Go for big tv or dish or sundirect, atleast they are cheaper compared to tatasky.
