I recently switched from my local cable operator to Tata Sky. I regretted my decision from the second I took it. After two days of installation. My whole channel pack structure got automatically changed. When I called the customer care to inquire about the same, they said that they reduced some service charges and thus changed my plan to include more channels.
When I told them I didnt want the additional channels, they told me that I will have to switch to an entirely new channel package system and my current balance will lapse. When the customer care executive explained me the whole process, it turns out that it will cost me Rs. 50 more than before to get all required channels.
After I finished my call, I found that the customer service is not free as Rs. 100 was deducted from my mobile balance. Its very frustrating to know that such a good company like TATA is providing such crappy services now a days.
