I bought this service online by going for the TATA name. Big mistake.
It breaks down often. Cust service is rude. The installers and repairers don’t show up. I have paid for karaoke three months ago, and the service is yet to start as they have not delivered the mike. They have charged me any way.
Seriously considering taking them to court.
