Using it for such a long time I can say that I’m happy with their overall service.
Sound & video quality is good specially the HD channels.
Customer service is fast and to the satisfaction. The time waiting for customer service to pick up the phone is QUITE LOW when compared to others.
Many services including home visits are extended free of cost to premium customers.
Never faced an issue except when weather is cloudy or it’s raining, but that’s quite understandable.
I’ll definitely RECOMMEND this to new buyers.
