Tata sky sucks big time. They are just there to exploit and rip off customers. They are only interested in maximising their profit at the expense of consumer dissatisfaction. Every few days they come up with a new way to charge more and deprive customers of programs they want. Even their telephone line sucks. Dont ever subscribe to it.
Before every important event like French open tennis tournament etc they discontinue the specific channel as they know that the intersted consumer would be desperate to view it and hence would be in a vulnerable position. Government ’s regulatory bodies should take necessary action against them. Else all consumers/viewers must get together and boycott their set top box and their services.
I would like to warn all consumers through your medium that they should "not to subscribe to Tata sky". Now I wish to watch the french open final and all their lines are either busy or when it gets connected , I am not able to buy the neccessary package, such is their quality of service
