TataSkys customer service is very poor. Their technicians came to my place to replace my old set up box by HD+ set up box. After doing all the wiring etc they said it would take another 30-45 mins for HD channels to show up and asked me to keep the set up box in power on mode. I was not able to view a single channel even after 2-3 hrs had elapsed. I called up their call center to inquire what to do next. I was told that technician would come next morning to fix things up and I would have to just bear with no channels for that day.
Next morning when their technical came again and inspected the connections, he said that he had put wrong digicard by mistake therefore no channel was available. He said things would be up again in 1 hr as he has now put in the correct digicard. I was fooled again. 7-8 hrs elapsed and still no sign of any channel. I called up their call center but was told that things would be fixed as soon as poosible. However nothing has happened so far.
I am literally left without any reception for last 24 hrs. I have no clue when I would be able to get channels back. I wished I had not gone for their HD+ box.
They say I am their premium customer and I now really wonder what kind of service would they be providing to their other customers then.
