Poor customer serivice..Tata Sky is the limit!

I paid for tatasky installation & received the set top box on 4th nov (regd mobile no: 9415777805). I was told that it will be installed in the morning of 5th nov. I contacted helpline at around 12 on 5th to check when the service engineer will come; I was told that he will visit by 2pm. The wait went on till the evening when (only after calling helpline) I was told that installation will be done at 10am on 6th nov. Again the service personnel (now predictably) did not turn up.


After calling helpline, I was informed that they will come by 2pm. Again the service personnel (now predictably) did not turn up. I called helpline at 3pm, 4pm, 545pm but same response that service personnel will visit shortly. As I write this review, I am waiting for their service personnel’s visit or call.


This is pure (un) professionalism at its worst. I would advise readers to opt for other new firms who are into DTH now. Tatasky has now grown too fast to show even the slightest of concern or courtesy for its customers.


Note Please: Set Top box which Tata Sky provided is available for auction with me. If anyone still feels to have it..they are welcome...but kindly don’t blame me afterwards....
