My Tata Sky subscriber id is 1086724703. I called today(22 june) evening around 6:30pm wanting to renew two packs on annual basis(eng news and eng movies). Since my account balance was zero, I was told to charge my account by 1210Rs which is the annual payment for these two packs and then call back. I did that and called them again. I asked them to activate the 2 packs. the call got disconnected in between. I called them again and was also on my account page online when I saw that they have activated another service called Active Music which is 35Rs monthly. I was surprised and called them. They just did not budge saying that this cannot be reverted till another month. I will have to pay min 1 month charge. I asked them to check the voice recording and they said that they cannot play it for more. I did not even charge the account for music channel. If I wanted it I would have recharge my more amount. But they were not willing to listen. When they did not have any answers left, they cut the call at their end!
