Tata Sky services, which were good, has for the past many days been completely cut off. Inspite of our mail, phone msg no response from them. All they say, is there is some problem at their end and some one will be visiting us to fix it. We are still waiting for it.
This raises few serious questions:
What is really going on and what is the problem?
When are you going to fix it?
Is it the way for the top operator to treat its clients?
Why is there no communication from the company atleast in the mass media? Should the company not apologize to the clients?
5.The company should credit the prorata amount in our account for the inactive days and compensate us for the hardship, we are made to go thro.
6.It should assure us this will not happen again.
- Those responsible for this blackout and utter callous and insensitive behavior should be taken to task.
