Its regarding complaint reference 1-34942044267, I have been calling and chasing Tata Sky for the entire week as I unable to have a uninterrupted view of channel 839 and 841.
But according to your customer service I have to pay a charge of 170 to get my complaint resolved which is kind of funny paying a charge for raising a complaint .isn’t it?
However I have raised a complaint as I wanted this issue to be sorted, but I am extremely unhappy with the Pathetic service that u guys provide and claim to be the best service provider.
The local cable operators are way better than you.
I know this email wont make any difference in the way you operate, but will help me post this blog in internet so people will choose a better service provider than Tata Sky.
