Need to improve customer services

*One the worst experiences of my life when requested to install Tata Sky. My Subscriber Id is 1093307658, I placed the order on 3-Nov-12(Sat) and spoke to rohan (agent) he committed my that installation woud happen on 4-Nov-12(Sun) by 11am was waiting for the installation team to come, but came to know at 1pm that my request was processed by 11am 4-Nov-12 followed by spoke to Baba Saheb(TL), Kiran Pendarkar(Agent), Tezzendar Panchal(TL) they all told my that we try to get installation done today which did not happened finally they told me that installation would be done by 5-Nov-12 then on  5-Nov-12 spoke toRadhika(Agent), Pramod Jadhav(Floor Supervisor) -


Bad response your manager pramod have no manner how to speak with the customer who is not satisfied with your services he do not seem to me as a Tl, I think he should learn to speak english first and take SUP calls. Kindly take this as a strong feeback as I not a tall happy with tata sky would not recommend anyone to buy it when even TL are making fake comments then what of company you guys are running. *
