I chosen tata sky because comparatively it was cheaper and it has option to choose channels individually and not in groups. I compared with dishtv, airtel and reliance. I bought this Tatasky connection before 2 months.
The initial response was so good. I registered for new connection online and soon their customer care ppl called my phone and they explained about the plans, settop box types and I made payment through credit card via IVRS and reserved time to install the connection, all these happened in a single call. (They are giving setup box for reduced price if we book online and made payment through credit card :) )
The person from tat sky came on time and finished the installation in 30 minutes. I bought a HD box they provided a free Hold plated HDMI cable.(this hdmi cable cost around INR500 outside)
They provided all channels for free(including HD) for 1 month. I was quite happy with tat sky.
