TATA SKY IS SHAMELESS … I would like every one to read my post before taking TATA SKY CONNECTION …I had registered for their connection 2 years back WITH MOBILE NO 8850706389…. that time I had paid RS 2000 FOR PURCHASING THE SET TOP BOX …. and also paid installation charges and wire charges …. every day I used to get an error on the screen that certain cloud and weather conditions are not allowing me to view the channels … whenever I reported by calling tata sky, they were more than happy to send some technician for Rs 100 per visit … after the technician leaves after some time again the cloud error will occur … then whenever you call their customer service number, all the advisors will keep on repeating same things again and again and will irritate you even if you say you are not happy with their answer… if you insist to speak to a senior they will take about 50 minutes hold to get call connected … and then the senior will also repeat the same things again and again … I cancelled my connection on 30th april 2019 … they immediately cancelled my service but when I asked for refund they asked me to wait till 20th may for some God damn internal procedure which customers will have to follow even if we are not tata sky employees … all the advisors do is repeat same things again and again and behave if they dont understand anything … I have written an email to nodel officer but he seems too busy to respond and when I asked why the delay in refund in times of online banking instant transfer, NEFT ETC, they said that some person will come to my place and collect the box which I have already paid for and only then will he give me the refund …. my local cablewalla sends technicians free of cost and we pay only for any parts …. I REALLY REGRET TAKING TATA SKY AND TRULY BELIEVE THEY DONT BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE … ALL THAT MATTERS TO THEM IS TO CHEAT PEOPLE AND MAKE MONEY …. THEY ARE TRULY SHAMELESS
