I am a customer of them for last 14 years. Now services are deteriorating day by day. Only thing they are good at is increasing the service cost. In NCR especially Badhshahpur, Gurgaon service engineer has attitude problem.
I will not recommend, they will ask you to recharge in advance then they will say oh we cannot commission this site.
Customers please check before payment, there is lots of interruption in services.
