Charges

I have taken a primary and secondary connection. I had recharged my account on 24th Oct for both the connections. However, my secondary connection did not get activated till 3rd Nov when I called the call centre. I was informed that the issue was on account of a technical problem at their end. I then asked for a refund for the number of days I was not able to use the services. I was assured that someone will call back and the matter will be resolved. Without a resolution my complaint was closed as resolved.


Their services are absolutely pathetic.
