I had booked TATA SKY online 08 April 2011 and was promised installation within 3 days. However, inspite of several calls to their Call centres there engineer visited on 17 April 2011. But the installation could not be completed because Digicomp box was faulty and the engineer promised to call back with new digicomp. Today is 22 April, I have been told by him that your box is still awaited.
I has a very good impression of Tata Sky Service in comparison too Dish TV and Videocon other DTH services, but this experience has proved inferior quality of services which Tata-Sky provides.
