Very Poor and Arrogant Customer Service

They have a very bad, arrogant & stubborn customer care. They launch any promotional offer and expect the customer to call them every time. I have recharged for 1200 for 6 month service and finally I got a message after 4 and half month saying the balance is over.


I called their customer care executive and those people were so arrogant like they are not here to help instead to direct and order a customer. Even their Nodal Center Executive are poor and worst than their customer care.


It is like if you have written a mail to the Nodal office you have committed a mistake and they call you to educate not to solve the issue. Bloody these people themselves are not aware of their policy and they start talking some bullshit.


Moreover, customer care or Nodal Office nobody will allow you to speak they are like you have committed a big sin by calling these people and they talk in such an arrogant manner. I would suggest if you do not bother about customer service you can go for it, else this is such a worst & poor service.
