I have been using Tata Sky DTH for over 5 years now. But the quality of service has gone down drastically. No one cares if you have an issue with the signal, they take their own time to respond. please understand you can’t take things for granted.
One of my query is still pending and it been over two week since someone even acknowledged the same.
