I have booked Tata Sky HD Plus on 12th March and the customer care promised me it will be installed with in 3 working days. Since I didnt received any calls, I called up on 15th March, again the answer was 3 working days.
Today is the 5th working day and when I called the customer they are saying I will be getting a call :-) ..I am not sure what is happening behind. Is this because of the shortage of device or is TataSky response is like this only. Look like every one is having a bad experience with TataSky initially.
