I have been a customer of Tata Sky for more than 5 years. The service is pathetic and they charge for everything - the visit charge by the technician, the cost of adapter , set-top box whereas in my opinion once you have paid for dish and become regular customer, the entire service to facilitate viewing should be free.
If you are a customer of telecom company, they provide service free of charge , replace modems, phone instruments in case of fault. Tata sky’s set top box works for a msx of 5 yrs. And they ask for 1000/- rs for replacement and would not listen to your protests to charge a reasonable amount. Please check all conditions before you subscribe to Tata Sky.
