My Tata Sky is 1124301720 . I have been wrongly charged for amount of rs 750 deducted for my account for no reason . 4 weeks back I had a problem with signal .
Technician said prob with box and replaced and charged me 570 . After that also no signal and box was replaced 4 times . Finally I called for another technician who said problem is with dish and said wont be charging me as Intially
They they didn’t put the dish for me and they charged me 450 for it inspite if telling them . After that also no signal .
And the next technician told me problem is with cable wbich will be external and there won’t be any charges . This was replaced and charged me rs 300 . I was told I won’t be charged and inspite of several reminders and I numerous calls to call centre my money is not reverted back and I am unable to view hd channels because my Bal in account is gone in minus . Tata Sky is a fraud company think before u invest your money . The call centre people are unprofessional . They r rude .They r not bothered to call u or resolve your issue and least interested .
