I am a hardcore fan of TATA’s for thier contribution for the wealth of our nation. I just took the service immidiatly after it was launched in HYD.
Normally we see the cable people adding new channels day after day. but to my surprise the channels in tatasky are decreasing day after day. God know the reasons.
The Executive inchage of the TATASKY might be intrested in selling the products. they launch very fancy schems like 1+ 1 offer .what the hell is that .they are trying to sell their product like what the cheap companies do in India, we dont expect such door to door sales by TATA’s.
My suggestion is first improvve the service, range of channels, Packages, Active services, Movies range in showcase .etc then you dont need to push your product.it will atomatically sell.
The total experience with TATA SKY.
The channeels like zee classic movies to zee telugu are not available now which were available during the launch .
No good movies except krish till today.(even krish is shown on a regular channel recently)
The price of showcase movies are double to the rent of a DVD which is available in small vileges also.( you can even buy 2 DVD’s of pirated ones for the same price)
The packages. its the real joke of TATA SKY. no explanation required just laugh at it.
The price of the packages. 300 is too high for the service.and the available channels.
No new games in Active games . all those old ones of the launch period still .
Channel numbering. whats is that in thier mind. please tell me if anyone knows about that.
The cost of the set top box. very high
You cant even use for the free DD direct channels. and if you dont continue the rechare you end up paying a high reconnect charge or the charges from the date of disconnection.
10 Last but not least. once you stepped in you cant come out of it. and end up stayong with it and get irritated day after day.
The only best thing is the quality of the picture . its real perfect and impressive. sound id good and you can use the signal for your projector(home theatre) also.
Last suggestion better avid the service and let us give them some time to relax and rethink about the technical and commercial issues.and buy it once it get all the channels and promise you in writing if they accept to buyback if they fail in their service.
