I purchased a tata sky connection just a week ago and its been a pain in my back. Its really difficult to describe everything here as it is a long list issues.
However, the biggest problem is their customer service. I had made at least 30 calls to the contact center in last one week and every time, I called them, their reply is they are scheduling the call back and no one calls back. I have written email to their help desk, their nodal officer and their COO but have not received reply from anyone.This is ridiculous. How a company can be so confident of getting away with this kind of service... Do you imagine, even writing to COO did not help...
Forget about the issues related to services they provide.. they do not even respond to emails written to them. In my entire life, I have not seen any company with such a horrible customer service.
A shame on TATAs name.
