I really enjoy the service provided by Tata Sky. At first I thought of going in for Dish Tv, however, they did not have all the channels I wanted in the languages I wanted them. Then I checked up on Tata Sky. Though I had to wait a few days for a dish to be available. The installation was done in one day. The picture qualitiy is fantastic. No stuck scenes, no blocked channels due to state bandhs etc. You can set reminders for the whole week and it will automatically switch channels at the push of a button.
Plus when ur watching a movie, if you wanna know the review of it, a small synopsis is provided. YOu can also set favourit channels so you dont have to remember the channel number (Though you dont have to anyway!) There are times when a small glitch appears but thats no problem. You just have to call the service number and they are so quick to respond and are so customer friendly its amazing. Recharging is done like a mobile phone (but I think thats to be expected) You can play contests and games as well, though I dont think the games would attract the attention of most teenagers. They have some new packages available which you have to buy to be able to use. However they dont have too many packages available. Like foreign languages, those (If your interested) will come later. Plus you will find a little difficulty participating in the sms contests, most service providers dont take sms’s for Tata sky.
