After much deliberation and perhaps tata sky viewing the post the problem was finally resolved thanks to the forums like mouthshut and social media the consumer voices are now heard and there is an action been taken on the same .
Problem:- Tata Sky box developed snag after 30 days miniscule warranty.
Initial response:- They asked for Rs. 700/- to replace it again I found it recurring way of charging money.
Final Response:- They agreed to first levy the charges and there after revoke the same thereby giving my money back after escalating to the higher authorities and posting problem on mouthshut.com and other sites .
