I got TataSky installed at my home (in Delhi) 15 days back after a lot of dilemma. I was very skeptical about their service etc, but they proved me wrong. Within 24 hr of my request it was installed at my home without any follow-up. I was receiving SMSs about when the service man come to house for installment etc. That was pretty cool.
The quality of reception is very good and other things also look good Cost of packages is also reasonable, however the charges for movies on demand looks more (Rs 75). Still I think the deal was pretty good. Stories and games for children also look good, however they could be better.
Overall I am a delighted customer till date. Now I can see the CNN, BBC etc without any blurring on screen J Recharge can be done Online easily and SMS can be used for movie on demand etc.
