Blieve me Tata sky really Rocks.
I live in Pune, and I got Tata sky connection up and visible in only 2 hours. Yup 2 HOURS.
I visited a local TV dealer (DASS Electronics) and brought the STB. Till the time he was preparing the bill I moved on to watch some great LCD tvs placed in there. After 10 mins he came back to me with bill and told me that, it will take 2 days to install the Dish. I was ok with that.
Suddenly I realised that I left my cell phone in my car and ran away to get it as I was expecting an important call. I opened my car door and saw a number flashing on my cell phone. I picked up the call and to my surprise, it was a call from Tata engineer and he was on his way to my home. This was really unexpected to me. I drove back to my home because I didn’t want to loose this chance.
The engineers were pretty much knowledgeable in what they were doing. They were polite and soft spoken. They took one and half hour for the complete setup. I was pretty much satisfied with the job they did. After that the technician explained me and my wife about all the functions present on remote as well as on the Tata sky GUI.
I liked tata sky over dish tv because my brother-in-law got Dish TV and now he is hitting his head on the wall.
The Engineer/technician (Santosh) gave me his cell number and told me that he can call me anytime if I face any problem with the service.
I had already kicked out my local cable walla. And now I’m a happy customer of tata sky.
