I have been using the service of Tata Sky for a long time now. I have seen many pros and cons during this period.
Some of the pros:-
Initial Offers when I bought it was damn good.
It provides almost all the channels.
It has a lot of SD and HD channels that provide high picture quality and sound quality.
Zingalala Saturday offer is damn good.
It has its own many useful channels that provide music, bhajans, yoga classes and other pieces of stuff.
Good Service response.
Cons:-
The initial installation cost is very high.
The monthly packages are very high cost.
Sometimes, the company raises its package price unexpectedly.
The offers are not relevant and they are not of use to the majority of the people.
TV signal goes off in small cloud interference also.
Service visit charge is too much.
It’s not that worth value for money. I do not recommend to the buyers. One can find other and better DTH services in the market.
