Let me admit first I am using tata sky dth services since almost 7 years. As I just got very good or say excellent broadcasting services with equally pricey channel viewing. Though I didn’t mind to pay for extra bucks for good services but then I realized they are making it more pricey every day. They first promoted sports channels with Hindi n English options but then its been made paid. Recently
I relocated my office tata sky connection to home. At first I have to register for the installation of the set top box. Then I registered again for relocation of set top box. Since then I am waiting to start it up. As one team went to see the location and then nobody appeared to set it up. I complained online for four times but no response. Still they’re asking for the recharge of the account. Now do they consider customer as fools? and they’re paying zero attention to the consumer rather then looting on various charges.
I am waiting for the day when I can transfer DTH services like mobile network company. And I think tata sky lacks credibility in after sales services.
