I had three tata sky connections for three TVs in house. One main connection two additional connections. In July due to renovation in my house decided to sell one of TV and called tata sky technician to have a look in the problem, disconnect one connection and rearrange other two.
We asked the technician if we need any receipt for this from their side. He called infront of us back office to disconnect the third connection from that day. So we are rest assure its done, but to our surprise we checked account statement it shows they are charging us for connection which is not in use.
We called them and requested to sort out issue but they are not ready to refund money for the connection which is not in use.
Really cheating. We expect the refund for last six month for the connection not in use.
