The system stopped working on 25th when the same was reported to the call center vide complaint no. 1-238860649.
In spite of repeated calls, the system could not get repaired till 30
Jan 07 when I decided to go back to the local cable wala. The system
has still not been repaired.
What kind of customer care is it where the system takes more than 120
hours for repairs without a word of regret from the people who manage
the system.
I have chosen to withdraw on account of poor service and would like
tatasky to collect its inventories from my residence and return my
deposits at the earliest.
Totay if a car battery stops functioning, the dealer provides an alternate one, if a car does not work the servicing agency provides a car for use for the period of service. But tatasky does not care even if the customer does not receive its service for five continous days.
Would TATASKY be at least prompt in servicing its ex-customers if they can not look after its present customers.
