Some of the Tata Sky Channels are not working since many days.
Tried contacting call centre:
- First time the person said the channels itself was not part of my package . When I confronted and asked him to check the details of add on packages then he realises its part of package.
Then suddenly disconnects the call.
Second time again at call centre the cal was disconnected by the person
Then I tried sending a mail to their customer care. To which I got a response. Engineer vistied the place but he said there is some issue from backend which wil be resolved in some time. Then he went off. My account was deducted with engineer visit charges on top of that I havenot got my channels back. If there was something being done from backend that could be told over phone why these guys are mocking up a engineer visit and then coughing up hard earned money of people.
I have sent a mail after that also to which I have got no response for last 5 days. Then I took the decision to post the quality of customer service by such a big brand wherein they are just cheating the customers.
All these instances have forced me to look for another opption to switch and end the 6 year long relationship with them. Hope there could be a - rating also. atleast on this instance I would like to rate them -5 star.
