They are the most unprofessional group, simply cheating the people and making money. I would never ever suggest anyone to go for tata sky, in fact I’ll ask people to change their connection. I had used airtel and reliance earlier they were good, just that where I am living now tata sky was already installed. Its just been 3 months and I am literally fed up. Every month twice I have to call them to stop my HD pack and to charge me only for the pack I have asked for, but it is of no use. I have even talked to some seniors but the same thing was repeated. Last time they just begged me not to complain and I said ok, but these people and this service is just pathetic. And the worst part is, they dont even have a toll free number. Every time you call them you have to spend 30-50 bucks, . Even if you complain or ask for arranging a call back, they will not pay any heed to you. DON’T EVEN THINK OF GOING FOR TATA SKY.
