Tata Sky has forced me to cancel my 1 year recharge and look for other options.
No Signal for 15+ Days
Customer Care virtually non-existent
Spend more than 100Rs on customer care calls.
They call once and said will come. And then vanish and never call back
Stay away from TataSky for few more other reasons
I lost my trust in their technical planning and execution. You cant messed up so much. I dont blame them. as they did not do this on purpose . But they surely messed up. I am hoping they lose 20% of their customer base than no one else ever have to go through such ordeal
Airtel has similar channel coverage now. So no point to stick to TataSky
Above all HD Recording of Airtel can be done on a USB. So I would recommend all those Tata SKy customers to switch to some other service.
