I was in process of booking a Tata Sky connection
through their helpline telephone no. on 11th Dec 2007.
As advised by the executive, I punched in all the
details regarding my Credit Card but I was informed that the transaction was
incomplete due to some system problem. I was also alloted a reference No. i.e
1-959974230.
My bank informed me that an amount of Rs. 3999/-
have been changed to my credit Card with an authorization code 092936(I
have also informed the same to their teleservice executive also) but they people
say that they have not received the payment.
I have called their helpline multiple times and I
was assured that I will be getting a call from them by today but nothing as
moved. I am totally unsatisfied by the type of services and responses provided
by TataSky.
If this is the attitite towards a new customer then
I am wondering what will be the quality of service which may be offered once I
get into the relationship.
