I gifted a connection to my parents on 21st March 2010. I called the dealer on 27th Mar when I shifted to my new home. Everyday false promises as nobody turned up to install it, and finally on complaining to customer care I was told that it will be installed but now instead of free installation I will have to pay 500/- charges as the free installation was only till 31st March.
Nobody at the dealership bothered to inform me about this.
Deliberately no installation done for 4 days in March to make extra money.
Really disappointed & angry at this trickery. Manager not willing to co-operate. Stuck because I bought it already. But there’s good news in today’s papers - DTH operator portability soon.
Will switch operators ASAP.
