Since installation, I am not able to see all channels. I have purchased 3 set top boxes. 2 are working fine. However 3rd box does not show few channels which are seen on other two.
When requested help, their one person came over and checked and told me that there is installation issue. There are more joints and hence few channels are not seen properly. He mentioned that it is installation problem and installer should come and repair it.
However, I am just getting messages that a person will visit at 10 am, 12, 2, 6 etc. This is just getting dragged and they are not ready to repair. I did file online requests also. SR2308131040647. However, it is closed without any repair!
My subscriber ID 1107239400. There is no way customer can escalate the issue. There is only one phone line to whom you contact and every time different person responds. He give reply like it will be resolved soon!
Why I should pay for this box? There is no way I can return the box and get back my money as I have already paid in advance for complete one year subscription.
This was not expected from Tata....
