Well I was using this d2h service for 1 years it was going good but for the last 1-2 months the picture and sound quality got poor and poor and the cost went too high. The picture quality is too low it is totally like 360p quality of YouTube and disturbance started coming.As the picture was not going good the sound quality was too much poor.
I contacted the support team, well it was gone busy for more than a day and the second day I was gone too the consumer care center. I reported them the problem, and the said that they will resolve the problem under 12 hours.
Now 6 days are gone they didn’t resolved the problem so I am changing my cable operator.
Tata sky cable operating service is really poor, I would really not recommend this service to you and this service is placing no value for money.
