I have been a tata sky customer for the last 5 years. It really pains me to write this against them . having come from Indias most respected business house. I have been facing recurring problems in viewing the channels and either the technicians are totally incompetent or it is their way to mint money. The problems I have been facing are as below;
Very poor service - Recurring problem in receiving signal - they just cannot resolve it and charge me the service amount every time the technician visits for the same problem. The problem is occurring now more than 10 times in the last 8 months
Extremely indifferent attitude and very poor service- It takes more than 1 week of repeated and frustrating phone calls / registering in their websites before they finally starts taking any actions
Call center persons seems illiterate - extremely frustrating
On top of it, the service is very costly in comparison with other service providers.
I really regret my decision to go for Tata Sky. It was a real waste of money for me. Not sure if any of their top executive is listening. I am sure, other customers are also finding similar issues. This is not the way one provides service in todays world.
