With utter dissatisfaction and discontentment, writing this review on MouthShut about TataSky service. For the past many days we are experiencing issues with channels and HD. Have called some 100th time to the Customer Care toll free no - each time their answer is "We will get back in 24 hours" and to our utter dismay that 24 hours for Tata Sky has not yet happened!
If any of the company executives are monitoring this review, would like to say that you guys are pain, terrible service, worst than anybody else that we could think of and a sham in the name of the Tatas.
The worst is, the CC agent, after putting my call on hold for about 20 mins, pretends, she cannot hear my voice and disconnects. This is utter shameful for a brand like Tata!

Forget about coming on site, no one has even bothered to call to check on the query. Why do do write such statements when you cannot stick to it!
