New Problem: No signal
called them 60 times yes 60 times.
everytime I open a new request they close it without resolution.
dont when when I will be able to see TV.

One day new software download fail to succeed in my box.I call customer care and they told me if its a software download issue I will not be charged Rs 170 which is their normal technician visit charges. Technician came and told me its a sw download issue and took the box with him, updated and return it to me next day.
Now tata sky deducted 170 . when I complaint they told it will be charged and when I asked customer care they told its not sw download issue in my box, then I asked them what was the issue, they told its something else and they dont know. They keep on telling me they have validated the case but then they dont know the problem that I was facing. Not expecting such a service from a company like tata sky.
feel like cheated.
