I took a new tata sky dth connection. I ordered through online since there was some offer(BATA coupon worth Rs 200). But as soon as the connection was installed, their was no reference of the coupons. Not only that, there was another offer, which was that if I register in their site with my mobile # and email ID, I would be entitled to coupons worth Rs 2000. I duly registered in their website, once it was successfully registered I got two options, ’select now’ and’select later.’ Since I was a little busy at that time I opted for’select later’ option. But later on when I logged in my account, there was no trace of the coupons, I assumed that it will be somewhere under my account or will get it in my mail.
When I called the customer care, I was shocked to hear that the coupons are no longer there since I did not chose it at the first login. When I asked then why have you kept the’Select later’ button, they did not have any answer. The same thing happened for the BATA coupons. They have been telling that I will get it in my mail, but it has been more than two days and I have not received it yet.
The customer care guys are the most ignorant people I have ever encountered, they have no knowledge about their own website. They are asking where did you see that. I have still not received any of my coupons. I hope I get my coupons otherwise it will be proved without doubt that they are cheaters in the disguise of service providers.
