I was using tata sky for last 4 years and recently when I changed my TV to HD it was working correctly but then suddenly it stopped working. I called customer care n they told me if no part is changed by the technician there will not be any service charge applicable for this. But still the deduct 170 rs.
When I contacted customer help desk again they took customer care executive and technician in conference but they started fighting with each other on the opic of who will refund me my 170 rs back, and it was actually pathetic. The worst part in this whole scenario is technician actually didnt do anything, just unplugged the cable and plugged again and I am sure no one will ready to give 170 rs for 2 minutes work.
I would not recommend to anyone.
