Very poor service...

I am a tata sky subscriber for more than 1.5 years now. Recently their set top box developed a problem and I was told that it needs to be replaced, (complaint ID : 1-3955489223 ). I have made at least 5 calls to them for since yesterday, and everytime they give me a new time when their engineer would come to replace the box.


Today again, when he was supposed to come and I gave them a call, I was told that now since the set top boxes are not in stock, there is no fixed time when this problem would get fixed and the best is that I HOPE it gets fixed fast. I particularly found annoying that even though I was given fixed time slots ( like between 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm ) , and NO engineer came, no one even bothered to call me and let me know he would not be coming.


This happened at least 4 times, and everytime after the scheduled time, I had to call up and know about the NEXT time slot. In my latest call, now they are saying, dont have a fixed time and will fix it when the set top boxes arrive. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE. Now that there are many other DTH brands available, eveluate the customer service carefully before picking one. - kabir
