We bought this Tata sky connection a year back and ever since it has been a painful journey. The installer forced my mom to Install the dish on top of our building wherein we have had a big open space in our balcony.
Ever since even a small flow of air will disturb the signal. I dont understand how is it possible that only 5 channels works and other channels doesn’t receive signals inspite of spending a bomb on recharges. even if u are facing so many problems they will only send help on paid basis. Looters. I m getting it disconnected next month.
