Such a disgrace from the house of TATA

Hi All, Am writing regarding SR0610151507090 raised with TATA SKY. My request was simple & clear - to DISCONNECT. Request raised on 6th Oct when the balance was 280rs, Customer service person called me by 12th Oct to convey they would not refund 240rs balance as it is against the policy. Suggested me to keep the balance above 500rs to enable refund. Trusting that person, did a recharge for 300rs(which is mistake knowing TATA SKY) & got a new balance of 540.


Then no response or action. Spoke to TATA SKY floor supervisor on 17th Oct, by when the balance came down again, and he promised to resolve the issue by 18th Oct 11AM, which is today. But as expected, I have received no calls. Again by tomorrow balance would be <500 and I would be denied my HARD EARNED MONEY. Shame ON YOU TATA SKY. All these happened after viewing’No Signal’ screen for months together, ofcourse being charged for’No Signal’ screen too. Would suggest people to stay away from TATA SKY. Such a disgrace to a company from the house of TATA.
