I purchased the Tata Sky Hardware on 1st of Jan 2007 from one of dealers, and I was told that the installation will be done within 72 hours. Today its 10th and still the installation is not yet done. On 2nd jan when I called them they told that my installation is scheduled on 2nd jan at 4 PM but no one turned up..next time when I call iI was told thet it was postponed to 3rd jan which ultimately got cancelled.Then again I got a next schedule date on 7th jan at 3.20 PM which was also in vain..then the nexy date was 9th jan at 6 PM, and when I called them at 10Pm to ask why no one turned up then I was told that its being postponed to 10th of jan.....
The vast part is that not even a single day I got a call from their side.It was me who was calling their Toll free no and when ever I asked about the installation time the customer care executives had nothing to say as they had no answers...what they did was just transfering the call to their supervisors...poor fellows.....Thats TATA SKY....So its better to think twice before going for it because what I felt was they don’t value customer satisfaction.
